Not receiving SMS on Macbook

Hello there, I want to know why I'm not receiving SMS on the Messages app on my MacBook Pro, it just stop working. I have set my Apple ID and enabled it on the app.

It used to work time ago and know that I have restored the macbook is not working anymore, maybe could be a problem with some corrupted files?
