When we watch movies, I have sound. As soon as my son starts playing games on the iPad, there is no sound. I already looked, and my settings-general, does not have a side switch lock button. Need some help.

Lets try this, open Control Center by pulling down on the right hand part of your display where the battery indicator is. There should be an icon of a red bell. This is a system wide mute. Hopefully this will work for you!

Depending on the game, the game may have options within the game to adjust the game’s volume.
Yes. That’s what I thought. So I checked and made sure all the sounds and volumes were in and turned up. Still no sound at all for 5 lego games, injustice 2 and marvel champions.
