So originally i was just getting a pop up every time i tried to check my email saying that i had the incorrect password which makes no sense because it is the correct password. so i tried to log out and log back in because none of my mail would load. and now i am unable to log back in because it says my password is incorrect and it doesn’t give me the option to reset my email password. please help
If the email is not an Apple email address, go to the email provider's web site. When you attempt to sign into the email account, there should be a reset password option. IF you are still having problems, look for a support link on the web site and use it to contact support.

You have to ask your e-mail provider for help. Apple do not have your password.
