All contacts not getting copied through icloud

I have switched from iPhone 5s to iPhone 7.

I tried to copy the contacts using the Wi-fi on my new device with the help of icloud.

I am not able to view all contacts. My new phone is showing only 210 contacts and I have nearly 81 contacts in total in my old phone. I have not used Sim in my new phone at present.

Can some one help me to resolve this.
