Why isnt there any authorized dealer of a macbook in WUHAN HUBEI PRC

Is there any authorised dealer of macbook pro in WUHAN HUBEI CHINA because i wanna buy one and i cant find any authorised store.

There should be in a city of that size. Have you checked? I’d look it up if their site would accept English input.
