When i plug my headphones in my device (iphone 7) it doesn’t recognize them,when i play a song or go to youtube and watch a video sound is beign reproduced on speakers,not on headphones.I also tried to plug this headphones in other iphone devices(iphone 8) and they are perfectly working.I updated system software to last version.Please help.

Get a flashlight and look at the Lightning connector on the bottom of your iPhone. Clean any dirt/lint/debris carefully with a toothpick.

It doesn’t work.I can charge my phone but my headphones aren’t working.I’m sure that headphones work bcs i tried on another device.I don’t know what to do
If cleaning it didn't work then you may have a damaged pin in your Lightning connector. Click on the Contact Support link on the top right of this page to start the service process.
