I need upgrade memory in my computer MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports). ca I upgrade memory? how much will be cost 8 GB more? thank you

If this is your Mac then the memory can only be upgraded at time of purchase.

Which model of MacBook Pro do you have? Depending on the model you will not be able to upgrade the RAM.

Hello,

Your MacBook Pro is incapable from upgrading its RAM. RAM is soldered to the logic board and cannot be removed or replaced.
