photo sync via iTunes

About 2 weeks ago I noticed when I USB sync my iPhone XS to iTunes, photos is no longer listed.

I have created many photo albums, and want to keep the distribution/organization of my photos, and without the ability to sync photos I'm lost. Anyone know what happened to photos during iPhone/iTunes sync?
