New iOS 12.4 upgrade issue

Does anyone has this problem? I updated to the new iOS 12.4 yesterday and now am missing some contacts

I tried turning off my contacts on iCloud and back on but not all my contacts came back on

iPhone X, iOS 12

Open the Contacts app and tap on Groups in the upper left if it is present. Make sure all groups are checked.

I noticed the exact same thing. I received a text that just showed me the persons number, no name. I opened the text only to realize that it was actually from my friend. Our entire text history was there but her number wasnt saved as a contact in my phone which was impossible. Since then, I’ve noticed at least 5 other contacts have disappeared from my phone

Yes, I have! Nothing has changed. My apps are also crashing and my Itunes isn’t syncing so any new music I’m adding to my albums disappears.
