how to transfer money back to rabobank

Hello, guys!

I have transfered some money into my Dutch ID by using Rabobank Ideal pay.

However, right now i want to transfer the moeny back to my Rabobank account and it was not able to do that since there's no options to link with Rabobank and there's no way to type the IBAN into the 'card number'.

I really need your help!
