An episode of a TV series that I purchased will not load

I bought a whole series but the most recent episode claims there is a charge for the episode and will not load. There used to be a way to contact Apple about this, but I can no longer find it.

Did you purchase a season pass for a TV show in the iTunes Store? If you purchased from a different content provider/reseller, then you will have to ask with them.

Buy movies and TV shows from the Apple TV app - Apple Support

Note that other content providers/resellers may make an episode available before the iTunes Store has it, which could be a reason for the message that you saw. Verify who was offering that episode.


There used to be a way to contact Apple about this, but I can no longer find it.
