Simply delete this email. It is a phishing mail.

The horrible grammar is a good indication of a scam email.
"be recovered", not "get recovery".
There should be no space between the word "recovery" and the exclamation point.
The word check should not be capitalized.
There should be no space between the word "information" and the exclamation point. There actually isn't a need to use an exclamation point, a period would suffice.
