dropped laptop

Hi! I was laying on my couch when my laptop slid off me and hit the floor. It only fell maybe a foot and a half so I thought it was fine but when I picked it up the screen was black on the top left corner and flickering on the entire bottom half. Is this a problem I should bring to my local Apple store?
