app transfer to one icloud to another

So a couple years ago i played this game on my mothers iPad but now that i am significantly older, i have made another icloud. The games' name is "dragonvale" and is there any way for me to transfer the games history from my mother's icloud to mine?

How can I transfer an app that is no longer available from one Apple ID to another Hello, I recently found an old iPad that has a lot of games that are no longer available from the App Store. The problem is my old iPad has a different Apple ID than my current phone. Is there anyway to transfer apps that are no longer available from one Apple ID to another?

No. But you can double check with the app developer or look at their support site.
