Cannot Reset Security Questions We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
Yesterday I received scaam email, which I forwarded to support. I tried to log in many times and I could not, so I changed the password. When I want to reset the questions, shows this message:
"Cannot Reset Security Questions
We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
I do not want to use the second email address given 7 years ago when I created the ID as is used by other person. What should I do.
Is it posible the settings to be changed by the people who sent the scam email?
