Why I can't reset my security questions?

Yesterday I received a few emails that someone has been changed and updated my account (password, security questions & answers and date of birth). I did NOT do anything.

So, today I am trying to change my password (successfully), but when I login to apple page, it requires to enter security answers. Because they were changed by someone else, I could not login then.

Could you please help me to reset my security questions (and answers)? I am still own my email address and able to access my mailbox.

Thanks,

Phat
