How can I transfer my bookmarks to my new iPad?

Now that Safari is enabled on both devices then your Safari data will synchronize between the two devices. It can take a few minutes for everything to work.

Lastly some of the apps that I have active on my old iPad did not transfer. Is there a way to get them to transfer without going to the App Store and doing it manually?
Safari was not enabled on my old iPad. I just enabled it. What do I do now?

Unfortunately if they did not transfer during the restore then you will have to download them individually through the App Store.
