iPad FC769LL/A that stopped updating

You have iPad 2. It cannot be updated past iOS 9.3.5 (or 9.3.6 if you have a cellular iPad). It is too old, too under powered and completely incapable of running the 64 bit architecture required for the newer iOS levels. If you need the newer iOS levels, then you need a new iPad.

If you are not speaking of iOS updates, please provide detail on what you need.

Can you elaborate more on your problem? Did the update stop in the middle of updating? Are you unable to download updates?
