Final Cut Pro 10.4.6

After Updating the OS Majave to 10.14.6 and launching FCP it states the application "final cut pro" cannot be opened. Any suggestions to resolve? I Uninstalled, and download and installed again, same issue.

final cut pro x users group I downloaded the latest update for Final Cut Pro x for the update with the new metal processor. Hold Opt-Cmd as you launch the application to reset the preferences.
