Final Cut Pro 7 Control U Not working

I have opened a saved project but it only opens browser and viewer windows - Control U does nothing?

Final Cut Pro 10.4.6 After Updating the OS Majave to 10.14.6 and launching FCP it states the application "final cut pro" cannot be opened. Any suggestions to resolve? I Uninstalled, and download and installed again, same issue.

Final Cut Pro won't launch. Hi there, I haven't updated Final Cut Pro but when I try to launch the application, I get the "you can't open Final Cut Pro because it is being updated" dialogue box. It's been hours and hasn't changed, and as far as I can tell it's not updating anything either - No matter what I do, I just can't get it to open. How can I fix this?
