I reset my iphone 4 after resitting,i chose my language,after chosing language,i connect my wifi and then i click the next button than a page show(The Sim card inserted in this iphone does not appear to be supported.)
Sounds like the phone was previously hacked to illegally unlock it.
Resetting it has caused it to revert to its locked state.
Only the carrier it's locked to can unlock it.

Sounds like your iPhone is carrier locked.
