ipod not working

my i pod has an x on screen and www.apple.com/support/ipod

showing what to do.??

Hi,

It is most probably because of hardware failure. Try connecting it to a computer and restore settings on iTunes. These instructions might help https://support.apple.com/en-vn/HT203170 .
