No FaceTime app

In my iPhone there is no FaceTime app and its also not getting ios 13 update

IOS 13 is still beta software, so you can't download it unless you have enrolled in the beta testing program.

See the Restore section of the article below.

If you have an iPhone from a region where FaceTime is banned or restricted, it will not show on your iPhone.

iOS 13 has not been released.

Your phone doesn't support FaceTime because it was purchased in Dubai.

This device is purchased by my brother in Dubai as gift and send to India when see the device there is no FaceTime in my iphone any method is there to get FaceTime
