MDM Removal - HELP

I recently purchased an iPad Pro from my previous employer and it has MDM! How do I remove it? I reset and erased content but I can't setup as new iPad! HELP!!!!

Your previous employer would have to have whomever administers their MDM un-enroll that device from their server. That’s the only way to remove an MDM profile as they are designed to not allow users to remove the profile from the device themselves.
