Updating Payment Method

Cannot update to new payment method. Says Family Sharing requires payment method when I try and remove old card but then wont let me add new card

Payment methods I am on a family sharing plan. I am trying to add my own card to payment methods. It won’t let me add or even edit payment. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Payment methods I’m trying to remove the primary card as it is now deactivated, and replace it with my new card. But it won’t let me do either it keeps telling me head of family sharing has to have one payment option. But it won’t let me add my new one either Also it says shelbeys phone but my wife got a new one so I’m using hers now. Not sure how to switch everything.

firstly add a new one on appleid.apple.com and remove the old one or update the old one to new one
