128gb or 256 gb for student?

I am interested in buying the new MacBook Pro 13 inch, but having difficulty picking which one, the 128gb or 256gb? I'm a student and work in the social media marketing field (so I just use social media, spotify, microsoft word/point/excel), and don't use it for much else. I have a MacBook pro at the moment, and it is a 256gb. I have used up 100 of that, not to mention most of the files and what not are trash. 128gb sounds reasonable, but I'm not too sure. Any help?
