Move Non-Store iTunes songs onto iCloud

In addition to the songs I have purchased on the iTunes store, I have many CDs that I have transferred to my 2007 MacBook Pro (OS 10.9.5), various iPods, and currently an iPhone 6 (iOs 12.3.1). I want to be able to store all of my songs onto iCloud, but it seems that only the iTunes store purchases are there now. Is it possible, and if so, how can I move my songs from CD to the iCloud?

Thanks in advance.

You need to sign up for iTunes Match or Apple Music to do that. Click here and follow the instructions.
