Can't bypass internet restrictions

I seem to have an impassable restriction on my XR for any adult sites no matter how I set my browser settings too.

Can anyone help turn it off or bypass it?

Adding it to the always allow list does not remove it from the other list and causes safari to crash. why are sm websites blocked on safari hi yes im under 18 and have a ton of parental controls on my device. what i dont understand is why there are so many restrictions? the word “straight” is restricted when i google it and some shopping links are also access restricted. does anyone know a workaround? its a real hassle when i try to google stuff for school and it tells me the website is blocked..
