Will I still be able to use iTunes when Apple stops support and updates? I have 20,000 tracks in playlists, my organised archive. I don't buy tunes, I rip or download classical music. Will the software survive in all future versions of MacOS?

Yes, your music will be safe. A new version of iTunes will be available but limited to music. We cannot speculate on how long iTunes will survive future macOS updates.
