Unless you describe in detail what issue you are having, no one here can offer any suggestions.
This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. If you really need to contact Apple about your hotmail account, use the contact support link at the top of the page. However, I am not sure how much help they can be since it is about a service that they don’t offer.
