Can I block YouTube from my kid’s Safari?

Any way to block sites without parental controls? I'm a teacher and my school district has blocked us from changing parental controls from the ipad settings but I still want to block certain youtube searches etc. on my students' ipads without setting up guided access on 25 ipads. I want them to be able to use youtube for classwork, I just want to block certain topics. We're working on digital literacy and self-control, but I'm beyond my own skills at this point. TLDR Does anyone know of a way to block sites on safari without using parental controls? Thanks!

Remove website from never allow list in parental controls How do you remove a website from the never allow list under web content in parental controls? Adding it to the always allow list does not remove it from the other list and causes safari to crash. I previously blocked YouTube for my son and now want to unblock it but not use the “unrestricted access” setting.

Parental control on chrome browser I want to have parental control over chrome browser. From screen time, I can block a specific website that kids have access to as long as it’s from safari but you can’t do that for chrome. I know I can block entire chrome browser app but kids need chrome for school. So I want to restrict certain websites (like sports & games…) on chrome while allowing school related websites like canvas. I know some parents asked this before but does anyone know how to do it?
