i am ordering the iphone xr, and one of the options is a carrier like sprint, at&t, verizon, or t-mobile. i don’t have any of those carriers for my current phone, i currently have straight talk. so how would i order this phone without one of those carriers?

Then you need to contact Straight Talk to see if they have any offerings like that. It may require you to purchase your phone through them, not through Apple. Unfortunately, as an MVNO, they may not have that, and they do not sell through Apple.

Purchase Apple Products from the Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
