AppleTv and iPhone pairing not worjing

I have paid my iPhone with my Apple TV anytime I need to buy a movie authenticate my password it comes up and immediately goes away without giving me the opportunity to authenticate. I have paid and paid Berend my Apple TV with my phone but it doesn’t seem to be working

Sign in in APPLE TV NOT WORKING AND WE PURCHASED BULLET TRAIN BUT APPLE TV DEVICE WONT PLAY IT. I have down;load it to my iPhone and can play it on there, but cannot stream it to the TV via the Apple TV. WHat is going on and how do I get some assistance from Apple re the issue with the mob=vie. I am really over these products right now and feel like throughing them all off a cliff and being done with Apple.

it is the latest OS on the appleTV and phone 12.4 for the phone

using the same ID

on the same network

when I Input the info to

buy a movie via the remote it is accepted and i can buy the movie.

i would like to input the information via my phone and not via appleTV and the remote

You have an TV 4K.

Do you have tvOS 12.4 installed?

Are you using the same Apple ID & password for your TV and iPhone?

Are you on the same Wi-Fi network?

Is your payment info correct and accepted?

Are you trying to buy a movie with your TV or iPhone?
