Is it possible to pair my watch to 2 iPhone at the same time?

No. An iPhone can support and pair multiple watches so you can switch between a work watch and an evening watch, but Apple Watch can only be paired to a single iPhone. You would need to unpair the watch and setup again every time you want to switch to the other iPhone.
