Downloaded apps appear multiple times in iPhone settings

Hello

Downloaded apps appear multiple times in iPhone settings. I think it's happening every time I'm using safari browser. I've tried almost everything: iTunes recovery mode, clearing browsing data/history, updating iOS 12 to iOS 13, but it wont stop.

If you are currently running iOS 13, we can’t help. That’s a beta version of iOS and there is no support for that in the general public forum.

If you restored your phone as new using iTunes and that didn’t fix your problem, you should downgrade to iOS 12.4 and make an appointment at an Apple Store and get their help.
