i can’t delete apps from my iphone. when I pinch the app icon, the prompt to “remove the app” appears, but when I click there, only the option “remove from home screen” appears and when I go to the home screen, I have no option to uninstall apps. when I hold down the icon, I can only select the functions of this application. I can not delete it through the settings and the app store
