touch id is not working

I understand that Touch ID is not working on your iPhone after a broken display was replaced. I would first take a look at the following support article to troubleshoot the Touch ID:

You mention this occurred after a screen replacement. You don't mention where you got the screen replaced. If it was at an Apple Store or authorized service provider, you can take it back to them for repair if the steps in that article do not resolve it. If it was replaced by someone else, you will have to take it back to them as the Apple Store or AASP will not service it if it has been worked on by someone else.
