I can’t even speak with anyone and the red tape of internet messaging is beyond frustrating. I don’t even have the same phone anymore but get billed monthly for iCloud storage. I just want to shut it down but have the same phone number. If I can switch the coverage to my current phone that would be great. How the **** do I do this, makes me sorry I even bought into the idea of having an iPhone.
iCloud storage is linked to the Apple ID that you use for iCloud, not to any specific phone or device. If you are using the same Apple ID for iCloud on your new phone as you were on the old one, it automatically accesses the same storage.
