When I had an apple phone, I signed up for cloud storage. Now, I no longer own qn apple phone & want to cancel the storage service. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?

If you have a Windows PC with iCloud For Windows installed, you can cancel iCloud storage with that. See instructions in Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
