Repeat playback on videos

When I’m playing videos on repeat on my Mac, they will play back once, but when they start the second time around, I have audio, but the screen is black. It does This every time! I would appreciate some help!

Having trouble palying some videos I updated my mac to Monterey Version 12.7 a couple of days ago but some of the videos don't seem to work properly on it. For instance the video will lag, but the audio will be fine and then 2-3seconds later it will either pause or buffer. I thought it was a problem with some sites but then I tried other sites and the issue persisted. Even some videos on QuickTime Player is having trouble playing and the video seems to run in lag time while the audio is fine. I don't know why it is happening but I could use help. Thank you!

Video won't play online and offline I've run into an issue recently on my Macbook Pro where video won't play online and offline. The video frame will load but nothing will play past the initial frame. Restarting the machine fixes the issue and everything will be back to normal for a few hours, until it randomly happens again and I have to do another restart. Like I said this happens with online videos and videos saved on my drive that I try to play in VLC/Quicktime. Can anybody advice me how to troubleshoot this issue? What could be affecting both videos on the internet and saved locally?

Udemy Videos not working on M1 MacBook Air Some Udemy videos have a black screen but still, play sound. I tried turning off all my extensions, clearing cookies and history, trying Chrome instead (Incognito as well), and downloading the videos to play them locally as an mp4, but the outcome is always the same. All the videos work when I try it on my windows PC (Chrome) so I'm not sure what exactly is happening. Even the downloaded videos worked on my windows PC.
