When I play a playlist it will stay on one song the whole time and just keep replay the same song over and over again until I push to play the next song what do I do

Check you don’t have repeat turned on. Swipe up in the now playing area to display the repeat button
otherwise if it’s still not behaving as it should:
Force quit the music app and force restart your device
