Does anyone know where I can buy a SSD for a MBA 6,1, that can run bootcamp? I tried an OWC Aura, but those can't run bootcamp on this mac model. I'm looking for something in the 400-500 Gb range. Thanks!
You could try using a Sintech adapter and use a regular M.2 SATA SSD. Do not use a M.2 NVMe SSD as BootCamp may not have the necessary driver. No guarantees a standard M.2 SATA SSD will work with BootCamp.
Check OWC. That model used PCIe flash disks, but I don't know if they were proprietary or just basic SSD chips you can buy on the open market.
Yeah they only have the Aura Pro and the Aura N, neither of which are compatible with bootcamp.
