How can I get my ipad mini unlocked? I purchased the ipad used. But did not check to see if it was still connected to the sellers account. And now I cant use the ipad mini 4 that I brought. And I have no way of contacting the seller. How in the **** can I get it unlocked?
Sorry, you have a 100% useless device. Unless you can get the owner who locked the device to unlock it, there's no way to use the device. Apple won't help you. We can't help you. If you can't get your money back, either recycle the device responsibly or use it as a paperweight or coaster as that's all you can do with it.

There is no way to defeat the Activation lock. You must have the original owner's Apple ID and password. Without this information you will never be able to use the device.
