Hey so apple deleted my old apple id and thats what my apple watch was paired to my old apple id so how do i pair it with my new one it wont let me pair it til i get access to my old one but i cant cause i dont have accesses so what do i do?

Contact Apple Support. I've not heard of Apple deleting an Apple ID, especially if it was connected to an active device. Use the link at the top of the page here.
