How to unlock the APP store account and update new credit card details
If the account is locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
Or disabled : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

App Store is locked. My previous credit card has been changed by issuing banker. I am unable to add new card details as it says that your APP store account has been blocked. It’s frustrating as one isn’t able to add payment details.
