Scam

I have just received an email from Apple Notify telling me that my iPhone account has been accessed by someone in China and has a Verify ID box. I assume that this is a scam. Can someone confirm this please

I got an email saying that someone in Estonia got my apple id and I needed to log in to verify my apple id. How do I know this is not a hoax? i recieved an email from spple saying that someone was using my apple account in Spain. iIs this a scam has anyone received an e-mail from apple support informing you that some was using your Apple ID in a foreign country?
