I am not able to read messages or perform updates. On messages, home screen shows I have a new message. I press the messages sign, and the screen comes on totally blank.
When I try to perform updates, it says "checking for Update..." with the little wheel turning. After a few minutes, "unable to check for update - an error occurred while checking for a software update".
Can someone help?
