I just realize my new iPhone 8 Plus, left side speaker not working at all. How to resolve the issues ?

Simply visit your nearest Apple Service center or search it on Apple site https://locate.apple.com/in/en/
you can also download "Apple Support" from App Store and follow the instructions on your screen.
Please note, the iPhone has one speaker, one microphone along the bottom edge.
That's because it's not a speaker. It's a microphone. Your phone has two speakers. One at the bottom right to the lightning port, and one at the top below the front facing camera.
