erasing iphone can solve the updating issues?

Some of these apps require iOS 11. That is the only iOS they currently support, and since the iPhone 5 will not support iOS 11, then you cannot download and/or update those apps. Nothing you can do about that except to purchase a new iPhone that can support the newer iOS.

If you have an iPhone 5, like indicated in your profile, then that phone cannot be updated past iOS 10.3.3, which was released quite a while ago. That phone has not had an update for quite a while.
