iTunes not synching with iPad Pro 11"

Added new album to iTunes. Synched okay with iPod - new tracks appearing and playing. However when I tried to synch with iPad the tracks are not transferring.

Going into iTunes and hitting "synch" button. Seems to do a quick backup then a few messages flash quickly in dialogue box (too fast to read!).

What am I doing wrong??
